We are committed to achieving a zero harm work environment and instilling a culture of health and safety.
If you are a contractor interested in providing a service or already providing a service to Food Safe then, please go through steps 1 to 6 below at your convenience.
Our aim, while you do this, is to not only comply with regulatory requirements but more importantly aim for best practice while keeping you and the team safe!

If you come across any task that you feel could pose a risk to you the digital mobile-friendly form below provides you with the opportunity to be involved in self-assessing the risk first, and in doing so Keep You Safe!
Simulated Exercise: You have been tasked with making a short presentation in a class pictured below. All the hazards and controls are listed above.
In order for us to confirm you are familiar with our systems when it comes to keeping yourself safe before undertaking a job in a new environment please spend a few minutes and submit a ‘Task Analysis’ Keep Me Safe form below.
Step 5:
At Food Safe we encourage empowerment, feedback, engagement so everyone has the opportunity to be involved in matters that affect our health & safety… even before someone starts!
If you come across a hazard or experience a near miss you must fill out the mobile-friendly form below so we can put in place a corrective action and investigate your concerns.
Simulated Exercise: You have just had some back pain that lasted for one minute, at the end of a training class, due to your poor posture (back not straight) while lifting a suitcase with training gear.
In order for us to confirm you are familiar with this form and our reporting system please spend a few minutes and submit a near-miss form for the following simulated exercise below.
