Personal information (name, address, phone number(s), etc, and assessment results will only be used by Food Safe Limited for administration purposes and/or to provide details of learning to the ITO and/or NZQA, if applicable. Such information will not be disclosed to anyone else unless your permission has been received in writing. Training may be recorded (audio/video) for internal training purposes. If your employer has funded your training then Food Safe Limited has the authority to disclose your assessment results to your employer.

Data You Provide to Us

Account Data:

To enroll for our Course, you need to provide your personal information. We collect and store the data you provide, like your email address, password, email address, mobile number.

Course Data:

When you enroll in and take courses, we collect certain data including which courses and assessments you’ve completed, and answers to questions and other items submitted to satisfy course requirements.

Payment Data:

If you make purchases, we collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name and zip code) as necessary to process your order. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment processing partners, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and zip code. For security, we do not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.

Communications and Support:

If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern (regardless of whether you have created an account), we collect and store your contact information, messages, and other data about you like your name, email address, location, operating system, IP address, and any other data you provide.
