Both my work colleague and I walked into this course with a wealth of knowledge and background in food safety from years of experience and on the job learning, however we still managed to learn quite a few of the small steps and basics that we can utilize to improve how our company is run. Keith was an amazing tutor and engaged with each person individually and catered some of the learning to each specific business model they worked in. I'm surprised with the amount of courses they have available that its only run by 6 staff who obviously must share a wealth of knowledge accross every facet of the food and production industry. We've already got 6 more staff signed on to the same class which will immensely benefit their understanding of why we have such important processes in place. Me and my work colleague are already interested in more specified courses that correlate to our positions and roles to gain more understanding.Fantastic tutor, very engaging, thorough and easily digestible.Look forward to doing more courses 😁

Awesome trainer !!

Presented confident, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the course. Was able to provide extra information for each of our specific circumstances along with examples and any challenges we may come across. And had a silly game at the end which was a unique/great way to summarise some of the content covered. Covered legal requirements just enough to keep us in the right lane along with resources for later on and how to find information.Cheers for a great session on a topic I would normally find tiring.
