- Start off by making your bed and complete your todo list every day
- Find someone to help you paddle through challenges
- Measure a person by the size of their heart, not the size of their flippers and respect everyone
- Know that life is not fair and you will fail often so get over being a sugar cookie and keep moving forward
- Step-up when times are tough and don’t be afraid of the circuses
- Sometimes you have to take calculated risks and slide down the obstacle head first
- Facedown your bullies and don’t back down from the sharks
- You must be your very best in the darkest moments
- Start singing when you’re up to your neck in mud
- Don’t ever, ever give up or ring that bell!
